Real Oak Floors Prestige 189mm Engineered Oak Flooring is supplied pre-finished with black oil and has bevelled edges, it is suitable for underfloor heating and has a width of 189mm and is available in a 21mm thickness.

Engineered Oak flooring is the perfect solution for all your more demanding flooring requirements. The main reason for choosing engineered flooring is the perfect compatibility with under floor heating allowing for simple and seamless warmth around your house, removing the need for radiators and eradicating those cold spots in your rooms. Engineered wood flooring embodies many of the attractions of solid wood but is not prone to cupping or warping. This is full plank flooring giving a traditional and exceptionally attractive result anywhere in your home.

This lacquered wood flooring is a wonderful compliment to either the traditional or contemporary home.

Structural board can be installed in a variety of ways - glued down, floating floor or nailed down - it can even be laid directly onto joists.

  • Veneered Torus Skirting - White Oak, Ash or Beech Veneered Torus Skirting available either sanded and trimmed or pre-finished. It is available with two different heights either 120mm or 165mm with a thickness of 19mm. The veneer is real wood,wrapped around an mdf core. Torus skirting has a very authentic look and since it is veneered it will not warp and the installation is very easy.
  • Veneered Torus Architrave - White Oak, Beech or Ash Veneered Torus Architrave available either sanded and trimmed or pre-finished. This architave has a height of 69mm and a thickness of 19mm and since it is veneered it will not warp. This veneered skirting has a very authentic look and will finish off any room perfectly.
  • 189mm Brushed and Oiled Black Oak Flooring - This 189mm engineered oak flooring is oiled a true black unlike other black oiled oak floors, using a five stage oiling process. It is wire brushed to bring out the true texture and the grain of this beautiful oak flooring. It is very hard wearing and durable thanks to it's 6mm real wood layer and quality construction.
